This delicious beer, named after an enthusiastic proclamation made on a
Wednesday in the brewery, defies logic. Brewed with our great friends,
Left Handed Giant, it's a DIPA soured purely by the addition of juicy
blackcurrant and zingy lime. It's meant to be rich, but also tart and
refreshing.
Pillars of light is a small series we will
produce throughout 2019, mixing up fruit and flavour to create a new
milkshake experience every few months. Version 2 has truckloads of Mango
and vanilla with a pollowy mouthfeel and creamy texture.
This beer is pack to the gills with glorious Mosaic hops.
In beer, as in life, it is important to take pride in what you do, while
having a little fun at the same time. Two Weeks in Florida is all about
giving yourself that moment to kick back and stop taking life too
seriously. Hoist up your glitter ball, fire up your synthesizer and pour
yourself a glass of this juicy delight.
We invited pale ale supremos DEYA to Pressure Drop HQ for our March
collaboration. For the occasion, we took the opportunity to brew using
cryo hops for the first time. The maiden voyage was a success, with
Citra, Simcoe & Mosaic hops in cryo powder & T90 pellets working
together to create an intense hop aroma. Two Weeks in Florida is a hazy
DIPA, that leaves your palate singing with the tropical fruits of the
sunshine state. Juicy haze for days, Two Weeks in Florida is time well
spent.
This lemon & ginger kettle sour is a tart
& tangy wee number! 5kg of ginger is balanced with rhubarb to create
a super-refreshing thirst quencher! 🍋🍺
We

Brewed to celebrate the birthday of one of our favourite places on earth
– Little Leeds Beerhouse. We came up with a dry, zesty and piney
American Wheat ale that's super refreshing and just in time for spring.
Well people DO like buns don't they? Especially Danish Cinnamon
buns..... This beer was made with loads of dried fruit, cinnamon bark
and spices to recreate the Danish classic in beer form. skål!
San Diego's Modern Times joined us for the 11th in a series of
collaborations celebrating our first festival, Friends & Family
& Beer. Inspired by Ice, their classic Pilsner, we brewed a Pils
dry-hopped with the bold and distinctive New Zealand hop Nelson Sauvin.
It greets you with all the hallmarks you'd expect from the style before
delivering a modern, flavoursome flourish.
6.8% IPA hopped with Citra, Simcoe and Sabro. Interaction
between dry hopping and active yeast has been interesting us a great
deal recently, so for this brew we co-pitched K97 and S-04 to get some
biotransformation going!
