Black IPA with Blackberries, Blackcurrant and Sour Cherries. Three way collaboration with Craftndraft (purveyors of all things craft beer) and Crypt of the Wizard (demonic vinyl veterans).
This is a Black Metal, Black Forest, Black IPA. Full of piney American
and NZ hops (inc Southern Cross of course!!) and tart dark fruit purée. Fruity, tart and bitter, this is a super complex beer.

Vahtra
(abv 10,8%) is a bourbon BA Imperial Oatmeal stout, brewed with Maple
syrup and Forest blueberries. Its deep black body with an oily head
holds a rich toasted chestnut, sweet, mineral maple syrup and luscious
bourbon vanilla aroma in it. The beer tastes like milk chocolate and
smooth biscuit wafers that are companioned by a touch of berries and
ginger-like malt. As the glass warms, sweet maple syrup and freshly made
French toast appears, whilst a pleasant touch of salted caramel lingers
on the tongue.

A mass of Mosaic, Citra, Galaxy & Ekuanot in the whirlpool and dry-hop power this hop monster.
Back & Forth, an Apricot & Peach Sour IPA brewed with
heaps of Apricot & Peach into the FV and then dry hopped Mosaic,
Bitter Gold and Galaxy.
This
is Infinity Vortex, DOUBLED. Featuring our biggest dry-hop to date with
over 30g of the world’s finest lupulin per litre, this DIPA has been
dry hopped in three stages giving big, juicy tropical flavours backed up
with plenty of dank, resinous pine.
Hazy India Pale Lager brewed in collab with Cerveses La Pirata!
Brewed with our good pal James from Little Bao Boy. This beer is super
fluffy (like a steamed bun), sessionable and mellow with a round
sweetness from the fleshy peach and a little bit of tartness from the
lychee. All of this is backed up by the formidable hop duo Citra and El
Dorado. Tastes like a fruit salad and goes great with Asian dishes!
Juicy IPA with Citra, Idaho 7 and Sabro hops. Brewed in collaboration with hop gods Other Half.
If you’re going big on a
milk stout, you might as well take it all the way to massive. Escape
Pod is maxed out with vanilla, coconut and cacao nibs. Brewed with milk
sugars, it is smooth and shamelessly sweet.
Tastes Like Citra created for Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2019, this Double IPA
is single-hopped with Citra and combines the hot-side hop profile of a
classic West Coast Imperial IPA with the cold-side hop profile and yeast
from our signature DIPA.
Tasty Like Nelson Double IPA was created for Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen
2019, and is intended as a celebration of a style and flavour profile
we've become synonymous with. Following in the footsteps first laid by
our much-loved V series, it's juicy, soft and smooth yet still
full-flavoured, bold and bright. To provide full impact, we led with the
punchy and distinctive New Zealand hop varietal Nelson Sauvin.
