This IPA was designed to showcase the
amazing El Dorado hop. We also have soured the wort to help accentuate
the stone fruit characters of the hop which came in as 16% Alpha and 2%
beta. Whirlpool hops at 80 deg C and then we dry hopped at 20g/L which
has made this a great fruity sour IPA.
