Stu Mostów (PL) - All Together // IPA // 6.2%

It's a pleasure to team up with Vibrant Forest on an under-rated style that both breweries happen to love - an Imperial Red. That's not all we have in common, as we also share a designer! Enjoy punchy Centennial, Amarillo, Mosaic and El Dorado hops playing off against the wholesome sweetness of specially selected grains.

Being the hop-heads we are, we were always going to brew an IPA, but to mix it up a bit from current trends we decided to revisit the piney, resinous bitterness of the west coast style.
For the grist we went with an extra pale base malt and bulked this out with some light Munich malt. Under this, a touch of light crystal malts to add a touch of colour and that sticky sweetness which accentuates and supports the resinous hops.
For the hops themselves, we went with a couple of classics of the style. Amarillo is one of the most underrated varieties these days, but when on form delivers an unrivalled level of tangerine zest. Alongside this the
OG west coast variety, Simcoe, a multi- purpose classic which delivers plenty of pine alongside berry, passion fruit and citrus.

HÆRDER & HÆRDER, our very first triple IPA of 9,5% ABV brewed w/ mosaic, citra, galaxy & columbus hops with Dry & Bitter from Denmark.

Then when...? This beer will have you champing at the bit, ready to take on anything & everything you've dreamt of. A full-frontal assault with hop bombs dropping left, right & everywhere! Prepare for papaya, Pamplemousse & pineapple, mountains of mango & cascades of citrus. The soft, creamy mouthfeel elevates the Strata, Citra & Galaxy to new, wondrous heights.

For our first collaboration of 2020, we welcomed Swedish haze impresarios Stigbergets through the shutter doors of Unit 6. And while bucking convention is all well and good, we couldn’t resist breaking into the hop closet and going for the juiciest top drawer. Eleventh Variation is a hyper-juicy NEIPA, featuring cryo Citra and Mosaic hops for maximum fruity goodness. Brewed in more social times, to be enjoyed in socially distant times, to raise a glass to future good times. 

Still hazy and low bitterness, but dry and crisp. a subtle hoppy character, with a good citrus and pine interplay with the Amarillo and Simcoe. An easy drinker, dry enough to keep you coming back for just one more can. Label artwork by Sean Starwars.

Natural Progression // NEIPA // 6.5% - A couple of new kids on the block with this one in a blend of 5 different hops: Bru-1, Strata, Sabro, Mosaic & Amarillo! Oh boy do they deliver a fruit Salad of flavour doused in Piña Colada sunshine. Up front expect a charge of pithy orange & lemon zest, mellowed by soft caresses of peach, guava & pawpaw. Close your eyes, breathe in & let yourself be swept away.










Tuya 2.0 // Table Beer // 3% - Mosaic & Citra hopped table beer.

American Imperial Stout double dry hopped w. Simcoe, Citra and Sabro. Combining two of our absolute favourite things in brewing, thick double mashed imperial stouts and vibrant American hops, Mercury Fountain is a keeper not to miss out.

The agressive hop cocktail of Citra, Sabro, Chinook and Simcoe leads the main aroma notes, whilst the taste has a chewy toffee, chocolate and nougat core layered with citric hop resins; and all these are rounded by a touch of coconut flakes we added to the boil.

Mercury Fountain is an enigmatic experience, a play with our senses, liquid salvation poured in a glass, a true beast and we are super proud to have it unleashed finally.

Brace yourselves, Triple IPA incoming! Brewed with our good friends at Triple Hopped and Premier Hop to celebrate our DIPA collab with Other Half of NYC winning beer of the year 2019, it was a unanimous decision from each party to go big in this three way collaboration. Featuring a double mash with the second consisting of wort from the first mash, plenty of oats and wheat and also a high finishing gravity for an ultimately thick body and enough sweetness to carry a hefty dry hop of the famed Australian hop; Galaxy and usual suspects; US Citra + Mosaic. In short: A 10% absolute super squishy of pure juice.

NEIPA In cohesion with the mad men from Verdant Brewing Co in the UK! With back breaking amounts of hops (literally) this juice monster is a flavor explosion! Candy melon and dank sticky icky from start to finish... with still such a magically smooth and delicate finish. A true beauty!

La Pirata (CAT) x Barna 'n' Roll - IPA // 5.5%

Coockie Dough and Brownie Imperial Pastry Stout -  12% alk. Vol.
Brownie, cookie dough and caramel. Thick and creamy, a stout for the pastry lovers out there. 🎂

Some Fifty is back with a fresh coat of paint and a hefty sprinkling of Simcoe. A 5.2% crusher loaded with citrus notes that closes out with a swift and bitter finish to ready you for that next sessionable swig.⁣ 🍻

A proper dark, deep and roasty stout that has a real depth of flavour, owed mainly to the complex malt bill - 35 sacks with 8 different malts. This is combined with heaps of coffee, lashings of cacao nibs, with sweet vanilla and Tonka beans adding to the tapestry. Clocking in at 7.5% this is a real armchair beer

 Humble Clairvoyance / DIPA / 8.5% - We've got a lot of hops sat in our cold store currently, and we're getting very bored not getting to use them all. We decided to go bigger than any other beer we've brewed this year with Humble Clairvoyance. Rocking in at a mighty 8.5% but drinking like a beer half its weight, this beer is about one thing and one thing only - straight up juice. With all these hops sitting in our cold store, we made a point of loading as many as we physically could into this beer, with nearly 50kg of Galaxy, Enigma, Citra and Mosaic loaded into the dry-hop. Expect a metric tonne of pineapple, mango, papaya, and clementine notes backed up with massive silky mouthfeel; a gleaming example of how far our brewing techniques have come along in our short two year existence.

 
Preliminary Flex / Pale / 5.1% - Prior to lockdown, we had our eye on April for launching a core range (yep, you heard right, a CORE range) of beers that we’d be able to come back to again and again. COVID-19 duly put a dampner on those plans, but it didn’t dissuade us from smacking a new label on our core pale ale trial. Preliminary Flex is our first dip into a beer simple enough to brew again and again, but complex enough to keep people coming back again and again. Setting ourselves a very high bar against Steady Rolling Man, which we consider the best pale ale in the country; our effort is a simple but effective hop bill of Citra and Simcoe, with just a little bit of Cascade in the whirlpool, clean fermented with US05 yeast. The result? Probably our best and most drinkable pale ale to date.

The Daphne Touch / IPA / 6.5% - We’ve been in lockdown for exactly a month now, and as a result, we’re getting a little bored, and shall we say, experimental. The Daphne Touch was born from an idea birthed when we wanted to brew the fruitiest, thickest, pulpiest beer we possibly could. Step forward Kveik yeast. The Scandinavian super-yeast is a brewer’s dream – quick to ferment, active at practically any temperature, and oh so many incredible flavours. Rolling with a whole host of pineapple, yuzu, and pair notes from the off, we dry hopped this beer with a megastar hop bill of Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic and Azacca for a full on fruit salad of tropical notes. Finished off with a generous lashing of lactose to thicken it up just a little more, we’ll be the first to say we succeeded in our mission.

It’s a mysterious Strangelight noticeable only out of the corner of one's eye, it’s an elusive shine in your glass. Stangelight is a tropical full spectrum palette, it’s a New England IPA double dry hopped with Vic Secret, Galaxy, Wai-iti, supported by Mosaic Cryo, Mosaic Incognito.

Within our triple collaboration between Frau Grüber, Brewheart and us, we will be releasing a banging triple dry hopped TDH IPA with a smooth hazy 6.5 ABV and loads of Mosaic, Simcoe and Citra.
As you know, part of the proceeds will go to those struck hard by Covid-19 and in desperate need of help. All three of us have opted for different beneficiaries.

Previously known as Bring Back the Fever, we've relabelled this beer owing to the overwhelming responses we got when we asked your opinion and you responded. Same beer, same artwork, different name; please welcome No Track Info. As explained by our favourite entry from our scores and scores of suggestions, the phrase No Track Info very much draws nostalgic memories of yesteryear, which our beers unashamedly embrace; with our fondness for maintaining an element of old school in our beers well noted. This beer in turn embraces some seriously old school pine vibes, whilst simultaneously bouncing with candied melon, clementine, and juicy mango new school hop notes. An all out smasher of an IPA.

Enter the texture, because IPA's are not only about hops but also about silky smooth, pillowy & thick texture. We've brewed this IPA with more oats for a better mouthfeel. It's dry hopped with Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe for a tropical, piney and super danky flavour profile. 🍑🍍🌲⁠

In collaboration with Naparbier, this hazy IPA packs loads of Simcoe, Mosaic, Palisade and Cascade, rounded off by a soft full body.

Not only beers are hoppy, even rabbits are hoppy. This is our Easter beer for 2020.

🍺 15 Sour - A lactobacillus sour clocking in at 5% flavored with 15 different fruits!
🍺 15 IPA - A 7,5% hazy IPA with 15 different hop varieties in fantastic amounts!
🍺 15 Stout - 15 malt varieties, 15 spices and a whopping 15%!

Fruit Sour IPA with milk sugar, peach & passionfruit puree. Dry hopped with Citra.

Mango takes the centre stage bringing sharp tropics, a touch of bitterness and works with the oats, lactose and salt to bring a big thick jammy consistency. Raspberry turns the beer a deep red, brings even more jammy qualities and a zing of tartness. Blueberries brings sweet juiciness and just a little more jamminess for good measure!

This DIPA was brewed with Apex Brewing Company who visited us at the beginning of March (a lifetime ago). We hopped this beer with Mosaic, El Dorado, Nelson Sauvin and Columbus for allll the juice and then added homemade oat cream to the boil for an extra soft mouthfeel.

We start north of the border, where it has been proven that there are few delicacies which aren’t improved by some batter and a plunge into the deep fat fryer. Few creations are more famous than the famous deep-fried confectionery treat, so we set about the fun task of how to replicate that sticky, caramel- rich flavour. We also invited some fun lads from Leith to join in. Whilst best known for their social media account, Pilot Beer brew some pretty tasty beers and were straight down to assist our wacky experiments! Over a grist featuring some brown and chocolate malts, light and dark variants of crystal malt and plenty of rounding flaked oats; we added copious amounts of caramel as well as lactose milk sugar to accentuate the milk chocolate character we were seeking. We further bulked out the mouthfeel with maltodextrin. In fermentation we added chocolate and vanilla to seal the deal, to result a rich and sticky stout that transports you to a chippy off the quayside of Leith.

A soft, juicy, delicious DIPA dry hopped with Galaxy, Simcoe, Enigma and Vic Secret!
