Art +52 New England DIPA is the result of cooperation with the Kiev brewery Varvar. Purebred hops (Motueka and Pacifica from New Zealand's Freestyle Hops farm) and Mosaic were thrown into a whirlpool and used during cold hopping. The unique yeast (aromas of mango and citrus) is due to Canadians from Escarpment. An interesting fact in the composition is buckwheat, a rare addition, smuggled into style by our friends from Ukraine.
