A classic German Pilsner grist made up of pils malt, Haná and Chit makes for a delightfully light, crisp and sparkling base that thrives with a light dusting of Idaho 7 and Simcoe hops in the whirlpool. We fermented nice and slow with our house lager yeast, allowing each aspect of the beer to stand alone and shine. The result is a fresh and instantly refreshing West Coast Pils. Crisp, bready and herbaceous but countered with subtle classic west coast attributes; bitterness, fresh hops, pine and tropical fruit.
